Here's to running away and joining the circus!

I'm telling you what: Circus Harmony wowed me. And I'm not easily wowed. First of all, this group defines labor of love. From the former professional Mongolian contortionist (who trains and makes the costumes) to the guy who used to get shot out of a cannon and now teaches tumbling to the artistic director Jessica who is more like a professional mom - everyone is just giving their hearts to this thing. Secondly, the time and energy the kids put into their training is so infused in every stunt while they're performing. I was literally holding my breath at multiple points during the show. And once again, I don't hold my breath for much.
